Patriotism is strong in Newton, Georgia, as we honor and remember all of our fallen military personnel who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, dedication, and selfless service will never be forgotten. On this Memorial Day 2026, we proudly stand together as a community to pay tribute to the heroes who gave their lives to protect the freedoms we cherish every day. May we always remember their sacrifice and keep their legacy alive in our hearts.

We would like to thank Ray Jennings and Jim King for their dedication and being the backbone of our flag program. We would also like to thank the American Legion Post 335 from Sylvester, Georgia for always making sure we have the flags we need to show our patriotism.
